The IBIZA Cala Llonga apartment is located among the pine-covered hill with beautiful views of the bay of Cala Llonga. The apartment is one of the 130 typical Spanish apartments of Pueblo Esparragos. Each apartment is privately owned.
Our apartment is located in the middle of the Spanish white Pueblo so that you can enjoy a very beautiful and unobstructed view of the bay in peace and quiet. The apartment is easily accessible, 'without' having to walk many stairs, and is therefore easily accessible for people with mobility problems and/or buggies and young children.
The apartment has:
- a 'lounge' bedroom with 4 wall-to-wall beds and a wardrobe
- a bathroom with shower, 2x sinks and toilet
- a fully equipped kitchen, including washing machine (read specs below)
- living room with 1 sofa cama (for max. 2 people)
- dining table for approx. 8 people
- balcony with 2x 2-person sofa
- TV (European channels + Dutch TV via satellite)
- own WIFI (park WiFi is not sufficient)
- 2x air conditioning (cold and warm air) in living room + bedroom

At the complex you will find:
- parking space (= free)

Balcony:
This balcony can be closed and opened by a thick plastic curtain, depending on the weather and the extension of the living room.
The balcony has two sofas, with unobstructed views of the bay. In the morning you can enjoy the sunrise. At high temperatures you can enjoy the breeze in the shade of the balcony. In the evening and at night you can enjoy the view, all the lights of Cala Llonga.
Other features:
- Free parking space near the apartment.
- It is a non-smoking apartment (= smoking in the apartment is not allowed)
- The apartment is located in a quiet and child-friendly area.
- Local residents do not appreciate noise pollution after 11 p.m
- Swimming pool is open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. (lilo's + sunbeds reservations are not allowed)
- Suitable less mobile holidaymakers
- Baby cot > for a fee of 25 euros per stay
In the Cala Llonga bay:

Check-in time: - after 3 p.m. on the day of arrival after cleaning
- house keys are in a key-lock, next to the front door

Check-out time: - before 11:00 am on the day of departure after cleaning
- Return house keys to a key-lock

NB:
- use and treat everything with respect!!
- turn off air conditioning when: empty apartment + as soon as windows are open
- tip during hot summer days:
steel front door (locked) closed + wooden front door open + terrace door open, gives a nice breeze through the apartment
