This charming house is located in the bay and near the beach of Cala Llonga, a family friendly beach that is only a 5 minute (600 meters) walk from the house. The town of Santa Eulalia, the golf course and the well-known Amante Beach Club are less than a 5-minute drive away. There is a bus or ferry to Ibiza Town and Santa Eulalia and there is even a boat to Formentera. The airport is only a 20-minute drive away.
Casa Mar is located on the flank of the mountain of Cala Llonga and has 4 levels with no less than 4 terraces. The highest terrace offers a phenomenal view!
From the quiet road, through the entrance, a staircase leads up to the first floor of the house. Upon entering there is a small hall with a long staircase leading upstairs. To the left is the compact kitchen, equipped with all necessary appliances. To the right is the living room, where the panoramic view over Ibiza is immediately noticeable.
The living room has a robust dining table with long wooden benches, a large white sofa and a fireplace. The French windows give direct access to the terrace, with lounge set and a dining table for 6 people. Enjoy the view over the mountains during a nice BBQ and a drink. The pool is clearly visible from the terrace, as it is 1 floor below and can be reached via the stairs down. Around the pool (6x2.5) there are 4 sunbeds and 4 beanbags. The fence and the plants around the pool provide the necessary privacy.
The 3 bedrooms and 2 separate bathrooms with shower are located on the top floor. 2 Bedrooms are equipped with double beds and have access to a large terrace. The 3rd bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds. All beds have box spring mattresses. All bedrooms and the living room are air-conditioned.
The house also has a roof terrace, where the view is the best! Enjoy the beautiful sunsets here or relax separately on one of the terraces, the choice is yours.
Due to the many stairs and different levels, the house is less suitable for small children, with slightly older children the house is highly recommended.
