Casa Carla in San Agustin
Casa Carla is a wonderfully light and spacious apartment and located almost on the beach. It is almost impossible to get closer to the sea! Because when you step out of the gate, you are on the boulevard with the beautiful sandy beach of Las Burras in front of you! Add to that a nice private balcony and good furniture and your stay here is complete. You will continue to marvel at the beautiful sea view. You can walk to the boulevard with nice restaurants and shops. There is always the murmur of the sea in the background.
Classification
The bright and spacious living room has two sofas and a Smart TV with internet connection. The kitchen has a coffee maker, microwave, cooking utensils, washing machine etc. The separate kitchen also has its own dining area. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. In addition, there is fast Wi-Fi available.
Outside at Casa Carla
From the living room you have direct access to the balcony overlooking the sea and the golden beach of Las Burras. The balcony is the ideal place for outdoor lunch or dinner. This view never gets boring. Everything you need, shops, restaurants, supermarkets, is within walking distance. When you walk out of the gate you are on the boulevard with the fine sandy beach behind it. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available for rent on the beach. You can park your car along the street side or in the public parking lot nearby.
Casa Carla on Gran Canaria is located on the beautiful beach of Las Burras that turns into San Agustin. Here you will find peace and space far away from mass tourism. A beach that is ideal for jogging, sunbathing or relaxing. On weekends it is a bit busier on the beach as locals also go there. Playa de las Burras consists of a sandy beach and a pebble beach. A trip to the fashionable Pasito Blanco with its luxurious marina and fine beach restaurant is also worthwhile. Or how about picturesque Puerto de Mogan? Here you will find many harbors, a fine sandy beach and colorful streets full of flowers and small-scale boutiques.

Deposit
Deposit € 350 to be paid in cash or by credit card (Visa and Mastercard only) on arrival. On site, you will be asked for your bank details (account holder, IBAN, BIC/SWIFT code) so that you will receive the deposit back on your account within 72 hours after departure if you have left the holiday home in correct condition.
