The accommodation is for 2 people with the possibility of 4 people. This by means of a sofa bed.

In this apartment you will find towels, bed linen, hairdryer, fiber wifi, TV ... If desired, a baby cot is also available.

There is always someone to reach during your stay for questions or unforeseen circumstances. It is important to me that my guests feel comfortable.

From the apartment you walk 5 minutes to the beach. You can walk to the main street with many shops, restaurants and a casino in 15 minutes. In the Campanario, a short 10-minute walk from the apartment, you will also find numerous restaurants, bars, shops and a supermarket. It has a nice courtyard to enjoy a snack and a drink with regular live performances by local musicians. If you prefer to go by car, there is a large underground car park.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been passed on to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts: depending on the date of written cancellation by the renter:

cancellation more than 2 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 60th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 30th and 15th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 15 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the commencement date or during the rental period that he will not use the rented property (anymore), he will still owe the full rental price.

Die Wohnung entsprach der Beschreibung und es war alles notwendige vorhanden. Lisa has our entire flexible check-in welding and war jederzeit erreichbar. Viel los ist in der Gegend nicht, aber mit etwas Fußmarsch kommt man zu den Vulkanen zur Wanderung oder in die Stadt zu den Restaurants. Der Strand ist nicht weit weg.

I would thoroughly recommend Lisa's place. It is in a great location. Nice and quiet but only a 10 minute walk to Campanero or the beach. Then a further 10 minutes to the main street. We were given clear instructions on how to get there and met when we arrived. Would love to stay here again.

L'appartement est fidèle aux photos. Ok s'y sent très bien et il y a tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour. La résidence est calme et la piscine très agréable. La communication a été excellente.

Really enjoyed our stay at Lisa's apartment, it had everything we needed for a peaceful winter break. Great communication from Lisa & Jenny which made getting there and checked in smooth & easy. Jenny met us at the apartment and showed us around the place too. The apartment was spacious and modern with double bedroom, shower room, kitchen, comfy sofa, and sunny patio. The bonus was the fast WiFi. Would definitely return.

A beautiful place, very clean and well-equipped. Huge pool, right in front of the apartment entrance door. Great neighborhood, close to the center. The host is very contact, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend!
