The southeast-facing white-colored villa has a sleek design and plenty of windows, allowing residents to fully enjoy the breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea and the picturesque white village of Salobreña.

Villa Royal has four bedrooms, all suitable for double occupancy. There is also a sofa bed, so the villa can accommodate ten guests. All bedrooms are en-suite. The heated infinity pool (12 x 4.5 m) is ideal for swimming and relaxing. The villa is suitable for people with reduced mobility and people who use a wheelchair. On request, a safety fence for small children can be placed around the pool.

At Villa Royal you can reach the front door with your car and enter the villa without steps. Upon entering the villa you will notice how spacious and bright the villa is. The entrance hall gives access to a large open-plan living room with full-width glass frontage and a high ceiling, leaving you overwhelmed by the panoramic views. There is a modern seating area with TV and a fireplace for the winter evenings. The integrated modern kitchen has a cooking island and all the necessary appliances to prepare a delicious dinner. The kitchen island has a number of bar stools, where you can sit to keep the cook company and enjoy the sea view at the same time. There is a dining table both inside and outside. The villa has WIFI and satellite TV with a wide range of European and international channels.

Through the sliding doors, the living room gives you access to the spacious terrace with the heated infinity pool and outdoor shower. On the terrace there are lounge sofas and sun loungers, where you can enjoy the sun and the beautiful view for hours. In the summer months, the awnings and parasols provide you with plenty of shade. At the spacious dining table for ten people, you can enjoy delicious meals until the late hours, which you can prepare on the large gas barbecue. You can also relax by playing a game of table tennis on the full size outdoor tennis table that sits on the terrace.  

There are two large bedrooms with a king-size bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and two additional bedrooms, each with 2 single beds; One bedroom of any kind per floor. One of the master bedrooms has a sofa bed, so the house can accommodate ten guests. Each room has a well-equipped bathroom with walk-in rain shower; Two bathrooms also have bathtubs. Sliding glass doors give access to the terraces and from the bed, each bedroom offers spectacular views of the wide surroundings. Waking up in this villa is amazing!

The whole villa has central hot and cold air conditioning, which can be controlled on a room-by-room basis. A washing machine and dryer are also available. There is an indoor garage for 2 cars.

As the ground floor of the villa is accessible by car and two bedrooms and the living room/kitchen and the terrace with swimming pool are on the ground floor, the villa is ideal for people with reduced mobility and for wheelchair users.

Villa Royal is located on the beautiful hill Monte de los Almendros. The hill's recreation area is within walking distance. Guests can make free use of the communal tennis court, the padel court, the football field and a playground. In the summer months, the communal large swimming pool, children's pool and a small eatery are also open. The beach, restaurants and shops are less than a 10-minute drive away. The airports of Malaga, Granada or Almeria are easily accessible.

If you can disconnect from this beautiful villa, there are many things to see and do: the Sierra Nevada ski area, which is also great for hiking, is less than 75 minutes away, so you can ski in the morning (from December to April) and relax on the beach or by the pool in the afternoon. There is a golf course a 10 minute drive away which is right on the beach. The picturesque mountain villages of Las Alpujarras are nearby, as well as the beautiful cities of Granada with the world-famous Alhambra palaces and Malaga with its historic downtown, the cathedral and the Picasso museum.Salobreña benefits from the subtropical microclimate with more than 300 days of sunshine a year and an average temperature of over 20 degrees C.
