This villa is also suitable for a large group because it can sleep 9 people. Between the covered porch, the roof terrace and the large terrace around the pool, there is room for everyone! You will feel comfortable here no matter what time of year you visit, as the villa has both hot and cold air conditioning and a heated swimming pool. The automatic pool cover is easy to use and is efficient in keeping the water warm when the pool is heated. A safety fence can also be placed around the pool to ensure that young children cannot fall into the water. The layout of the villa is as follows.

Location of the villa:
Villa Buena Vista is built on the beautiful hill of Monte de los Almendros. The communal recreation area with tennis court, swimming pool, paddling pool, football field and small dining area (during the summer months) are within walking distance.

The beach, restaurants and shops are less than a 10-minute drive away. The airports of Malaga, Granada and Almeria are easily accessible. If you can detach yourself from this beautiful villa, there are many things to see and do in the area: the ski resort of the Sierra Nevada, where you can also take beautiful walks, is less than 75 minutes drive away, so you can ski in the morning (from December to April) and enjoy the beach or your pool in the afternoon. The 18-hole golf course, which is located on the beach, is a 10-minute drive away. The picturesque mountain villages in the Alpujarras are in the vicinity of the villa as well as the beautiful historic cities of Granada with the world famous Alhambra palace and Malaga with its historic center, the cathedral and the Picasso museum.  

Salobreña benefits from the subtropical microclimate with over 300 days of sunshine per year and an average temperature of over 20°C.
