Villa Amani is a traditional Spanish villa with a contemporary touch, where you can enjoy the tranquility and charm of authentic Spain. The villa has lovely terraces and beautiful views of the Mediterranean, the picturesque white village of Salobreña and the impressive Moorish castle (lit up at night). The private heated pool, with optional safety gates for child safety, is great for swimming and relaxing. The living room, dining room, kitchen and pool are on the same level, so you have a good overview when children are playing.

Villa Amani has three bedrooms, two of which are en-suite, all bedrooms are suitable for two persons. The entrance gives access to the living room with a cozy fireplace. The living room has wide windows with spectacular views. Just a few steps away, you will find the dining area and kitchen equipped for all your culinary needs. You can also prepare delicious meals on the gas barbecue on one of the terraces. The villa has WiFi, satellite TV with international channels and hot and cold air conditioning, which can be individually controlled in each room. There is a closed private garage with capacity for one car. As the villa is south facing, you can enjoy the sun all day long from sunrise to sunset.

Villa Amani has three bedrooms, two with king-size beds, these are all suitable for 2 persons. It is possible to use two extra single beds. That is why the villa is suitable for up to eight people in total.
At street level, next to the gate, you will find the entrance to the garage, with capacity for one car. If you walk up the stairs to the villa you will reach the terrace where you will be impressed by the breathtaking view. You are sure to enjoy hours of relaxation, either next to the heated pool or outside in the sitting areas.

Outside there is a sheltered dining area with a large table and comfortable chairs to enjoy a nice breakfast or dinner. The terrace is divided into two levels with access to the living room and the kitchen. At the end of the terrace are the rear patio and a flower garden. The entrance of the house gives access to the living room with a cozy fireplace. Both the living room and the kitchen are connected to the terraces. On the same level there is a bedroom with a beautiful sea view and a bathroom with shower.

On the top floor are the other two bedrooms, both with their own bathroom. One of the bathrooms has a shower, the other bathroom has a shower and a bath. From both bedrooms you can go to a beautiful large terrace with sitting area. Waking up in this house with this beautiful view is a pleasure in itself!

The villa has WiFi, satellite TV with international channels and hot and cold air conditioning, which can be individually controlled in each room. Washing machine and dryer are available for you.

Villa Amani is located on the very beautiful hillside urbanization of Monte de los Almendros. In the summer months, guests can make free use of the leisure area with a tennis court, a large swimming pool, a children's pool, a football field, a playground and a snack bar.

The beach, restaurants and shops are less than 10 minutes' drive away. The airports of Malaga, Granada and Almeria are easily accessible. If you can tear yourself away from this beautiful villa, there are many things to see and do in the area: the Sierra Nevada ski resort, where you can also take beautiful walks, is less than 75 minutes' drive - can ski in the morning (from December to April) and enjoy the beach or your swimming pool in the afternoon. The 18-hole golf course, which is located on the beach, is a 10-minute drive away. The picturesque mountain villages in the Alpujarras are in the vicinity of the villa as well as the beautiful historic cities of Granada with the world famous Alhambra palace and Malaga with its historic center, the cathedral and the Picasso museum.

Salobreña benefits from the subtropical microclimate with more than 300 days of sunshine a year and an average temperature of more than 20 ° C.
