The large white villa of 275 m2 has partial sea view, a beautiful green garden with a private swimming pool, 3 bedrooms with bathrooms, super fast WIFI (5G) and is suitable for 6 people. During the day you look out over the sea and at night you can enjoy the beautiful starry splendor. The garden is child friendly and has many fruit trees, such as avocados, lemons, figs, oranges, apapos, etc. There is also a floral splendor of Bourgainville and Hibiscus flowers. There are several terraces around the house and there is a Weber BBQ available. It is located in the exclusive urbanization "Monte de los Almendros". In addition to your private pool at the villa, you can use the communal facilities of the urbanization, such as the large swimming pool, the children's pool, a new Padel court, the tennis court and the football field.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy:
The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

In case of cancellation up to 56 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge

In case of cancellation from 55 days (inclusive) to 29 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price

In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) until the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.

Het strand ligt op 5-10 minuten rijden van de villa (de berg naar beneden rijden).
Het is een authentiek Spaans strand met een grote rots waarvan de lokale jongeren graag afduiken, waar volwassen prima tapas kunnen eten in de Spaanse strandtenten. Tevens leuk voor gezinnen met kleine kinderen, die visjes en krabbetjes kunnen vangen in de wateren rondom de grote rots. In de zomer zijn er kayaks en waterfietsen te huur.

Salobrena and the villa is located on the beautiful Mediterranean sea, with many water sport activities in the vicinity. We spotted this dolphin ourselves during a trip between Spain and Morocco.

Het schitterende oude Moorse ford "Alhambra" in Granada, 35 minuten rijden vanaf de Villa. Goed te combineren met een bezoek aan een van de vele restaurantjes in de oude binnenstad van Granada, onze favoriete plek zijn de restaurantjes en terrassen rond San Nicolas, vanwaar je een perfect uitzicht hebt op het Alhambra met de Sierra Nevada op de achtergrond.
