The stylishly furnished house has a super cozy roof terrace with spectacular views of the bay and the mountains.

Centrally located, walking through the narrow streets of the old Moorish quarter, you are in 5 minutes in the pleasant shopping street, in 5 minutes to the castle of San Miguel and 5-10 minutes to the beach.
On the ground floor is the sitting area, fully equipped kitchen with oven and refrigerator and the cozy dining area.
The bedroom with a luxury bed is on the first floor. You will also find a wardrobe and a safe for your valuables.
Next to the bedroom is the bathroom with toilet, shower and vanity unit.
From the kitchen on the ground floor you can go to the patio where the stairs to the fantastic roof terrace is.
The roof terrace gives a spectacular and wide view of the bay of Almuñécar and the town with the mountains in the background.

Suitable for 2 people, good walking and a bit of fitness is a requirement, it is always a steep climb up!
Parking by car is difficult, but loading and unloading is possible nearby.
We will give you some tips regarding parking spaces.

We are Nicky and Ivo, from Belgium and the Netherlands and living in Spain for several years.
We live in our cortijo in the Alpujarras, but because we know that it is very good to live on the Costa Tropical, we rent out our house in the cute town of Almuñécar.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 4 weeks before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 28th and the 14th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 13th and the 3rd day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 3 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
