The brand new (May 2023) studio apartment is in a prime location. You have an amazing view of the mountains and valleys of the beautiful nature reserve with its waterfalls and natural pools.
The apartment has its own entrance and terrace. From your terrace you can go down to our 5000 m2 mountain garden. There you can enjoy the fruit hanging from our figs / orange / mandarin / lemon / grapefruit / pomegranate / nectarine / peach / apple / pear / mango or avocado trees. Or perhaps you prefer to pick a nut from our pistachio/walnut or chestnut tree.
The apartment has a beautiful open living room with spectacular views. There is a kitchenette with refrigerator, hob, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. There is a breakfast table for 2 people.
The bedroom has a king size bed and a wardrobe. The en-suite has a toilet, sink and a contemporary walk-in shower.
Outside there are several comfortable seating and relaxation areas.
Besides the beautiful view, you can enjoy amazing sunrises and sunsets. Some days you can even see Africa!
The apartment is equipped with reliable, fast WiFi (working from home is possible) and air conditioning.
The sunrises and sunsets are different and spectacular every day. The evenings with clear stars and moon phases are fantastic.

Many hiking trails or mountain bike routes can be found from the apartment and there is a paragliding club within walking distance, if you want to take a leap. If you like diving, the coast of Almuñécar has the most beautiful underwater landscape in southern Spain.
The nearest golf course (Los Moriscos) is Playa Granada next to Salobreña.
Almuñécar has a wide range of restaurants, shops, supermarkets, butchers, fishmongers.
The apartment is located an hour from the major cities of Granada and Malaga. Definitely visit the Alhambra. You can ski in the Sierra Nevada from December to March while enjoying summer temperatures.

A car is essential and there is on street parking outside the villa.
Access is very easy, it is a 4 minute drive from the main road on an all concrete road.
In less than 10 minutes' drive you can be on the beach, at a supermarket or in a fantastic restaurant.
It is less than an hour's drive from both Malaga and Granada Airports and most of the way to your holiday address is via the motorway.
The apartment offers the best of both worlds - peace and quiet, whilst also not being too far from all amenities.
