Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

When booking the accommodation, a deposit of 20% of the total rental price is due. The remaining amount must be paid no later than 3 weeks before the start of the rental period.

The landlord will charge the following amounts in the event of cancellation by the tenant, depending on the time of written cancellation:

  • Cancellation up to 21 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: The deposit of 20% is fully refundable.
  • Cancellation from 21 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: The deposit of 20% will be retained.
  • Cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) to 7 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the total rent is due.
  • Cancellation from 7 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period or in case of no-show: 100% of the total rent is due.

If the tenant decides to terminate the stay prematurely during the rental period, there will be no refund of the rent already paid.
