The house is fully south facing, with a large swimming pool and numerous terraces and sitting areas, also has a beautiful garden where you can enjoy nature in the hammocks.
The pool area has a sunbathing area with beautiful views, also a lunch/dinner area with the same view, including outdoor kitchen with bbq.

Inside the house ditto view dining area / entrance, spacious living room with fireplace, kitchen with all appliances and is complete even herbs and oil provided ...
There are 4 bedrooms with 3 annex bathrooms, there is an outdoor shower and toilet.
Every room has A/C and also flat foundation lifters.
For the winter evenings there is heating and fireplace.

The house has a driveway closed with gate so is completely private.
In short, a house to enjoy with 2 or with the whole family or friends.
From November March the house can only be rented per min. 1 month on loan, ask for the quote.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The extra above booking price :
1/ bed linen and towels 40per/ person .
2/ cleaning 220€
3/ possibly heating swimming pool 150€/per week.

Cancellation policy
The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
