Luxurious penthouse with partly covered private terrace of 140 m². Lots of light in the apartment. Safe is available. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the house, the kitchen is fully equipped. Dutch TV. Of course there is also a washing machine and dryer available. In clear weather you can watch the freighters sail through the Strait of Gibraltar from the terrace and you can see Morocco in the distance.
The apartment is located in Puerto de la Dueqesa, Andalusia, 30 minutes by car south of Marbella.

How nice that you are interested in our apartment!
We are Hans and Marina and very proud of our great holiday penthouse.
The house is fully equipped and we would like to welcome you to our special place. It is centrally located 30 minutes south of Marbella and 15 minutes from Estepona . When we see the sun coming out of the sea from our terrace in the morning, an incredible feeling comes over us!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if, for example, this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone). Landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

Cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 21st day before the start of the rental period: 40% of the rental price
Cancellation less than 21 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will no longer use the rented property, he will continue to owe the full rent.

Port Duquesa with many restaurants, 10 minutes walk from our apartment, 2 minutes by car.

Nice to go there, of course, in full English, so don't forget your passport.

Tarifa is a small town located at the southernmost point of mainland Spain and Europe. It belongs to the province of Cádiz which is part of the Andalusia region.

Ronda is particularly known for the deep gorge that the river 'Río Guadalevín' has created and split the city in two. Also called 'Tajo de Ronda'. The gorge divides the city into the old part 'La Ciudad' and the new part 'El Mercadillo'.

Car hire we have good experience at Record Go at the airport or Malagacar which is often slightly cheaper sitting 5 min drive from the airport and have a free pick up and drop off service.
