Casas de la Seda is a modern small-scale complex (4 houses) in the middle of Nerja in one of the most beautiful parts: the Parador area. A car is not necessary in Nerja, because everything is within walking distance. However, if you want to make trips outside Nerja, there is a parking space in front of each house in the private car park of the villas.
The complex consists of 3 luxury houses for rent of 125m2 each, named after the Silk Road (Casas de la Seda): Satén, Brocado and Damasco.
Casa de las Seda - Satén
The house is new and modern and fully equipped. There is air conditioning in every room. The house also has underfloor heating for the colder months. The kitchen has all desirable equipment, including a dishwasher. There are also 3 bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. There is 1 bedroom downstairs with shower, sink ensuite, and a separate toilet. And there are 2 bedrooms upstairs with a full bathroom ensuite. On the roof terrace you have a beautiful view of the mountains behind Nerja. The washing machine is also located here.
One of the attractions of the houses is the private garden of each house with access to the relatively large fenced swimming pool. So also ideal for families with smaller children. There are sun loungers everywhere to enjoy the many hours of sunshine per year (300 days per year). There are no large buildings in the area, so it is very light in/near the houses and there is always a place (garden/(roof) terrace) with sun. Free WiFi is available.
The houses are located between the historic center and the popular burriana beach. It is the ideal location for an unforgettable stay, central yet quiet!
