This Cottage is very idyllic and quiet, ideal for nature lovers with outdoor kitchen, BBQ, private swimming pool and private terrace. The wooden house is fully furnished, is self-catering and offers free internet access. It has a bedroom, a loft, a bathroom, a cozy living room and a luxurious kitchen. There is a spacious veranda with a beautiful view of the sea.

There is also a romantic garden with a Chill area and sun beds. A nature reserve borders the plot and invites to hiking, mountain biking or just relaxing. There are also two houses next to each other on the estate, Casa Mariposa and Casa Salamandra. Plus Casa Tortuga completely private like Casa Concha.

We are a Dutch - German combination and have been living on the Costa Tropical for years. Finca Mariposa is our dream. We have built the Finca with a lot of love and we also live on site. We look forward to sharing this beautiful piece of earth with our guests. We are happy to help with tips for trips. With us it is possible to do water sports.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

In high season, the minimum stay is 6 nights. Except if there are fewer nights available between 2 bookings.

Cancellation Policy:

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant

- In case of cancellation from the day of booking up to 30 days (exclusiv) before the start of the rental period: free of charge

- In case of cancellation from 30 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
