Located in the popular area of Torrecilla, just 75 meters from the beach, this cozy apartment is located . It features 2 balconies. The largest balcony with seating is south-facing. Both balconies have partial sea views.
Not only the beach is a stone's throw away, also the tapas bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets are around the corner!
There are 2 bedrooms (suitable for up to 4 people), a bathroom with bath, a well-equipped kitchen that is fully equipped and a cozy living room with dining area. There is also a good free Wifi (fiber optic) connection and television with international channels for our guests. In the living room is the air conditioning.
You can park for free in the street or surrounding streets.

After 15 years in the Netherlands and Spain have been working in the tourism I wanted the passion for tourism like to convey the message in their own business. In 2014 my dream came true. Our company is small, so a lot of personal contact with our guests is possible. I think it's important that my guests lacks nothing and wants to be ready for them when they wish. Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy
All our prices include:
- water
- electricity (except for the winter season)
- bed linen
- bath linen
- kitchen linen
- good Wifi connection
- international television channels
From November 1st to April 1st of each year, electricity is NOT fully included in the price. We provide our guests with 7.5kW per day of free electricity. Any additional consumption will be charged at €0.45 per kW. There is a counter in the apartment so that you can easily read the consumption.
A valid credit card must be presented on arrival for the electricity bill(s).
It is mandatory to report all guests when booking, including babies and children up to 2 years old as guests.
