This new apartment is located in Mijas just an 8 minute walk from the beach with stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea. The renovated house composes of living room/bedroom, a bathroom, an equipped kitchen and can accommodate 4 people. The house is within walking distance of a supermarket, pharmacy, several bars, gym, tennis court, public transport and the beach. In addition, there is a cozy restaurant with good prices just 5 minutes from the shared pool.
The property has a private covered terrace. Guests also have access to a shared outdoor area with a fenced swimming pool, a garden, a children's pool and an outdoor shower.
The use of air conditioning, WIFI and all other facilities are included in the price. An extra cot can be placed on request, which is also included in the price.
Families with children are of course welcome.
A baby cot and a high chair are available free of charge on request.
Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed.
