This is a recently architecturally renovated (August 2023) luxury townhouse in the heart of Marbella's old town. A beautiful house with a boutique hotel feel.

The exterior has been sympathetically restored in keeping with the character of the "Old Town", whilst the interior has been finished to the highest standard, with the whole house boasting a light and luxurious Andalusian style. On the ground floor we have a one bedroom apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and living room. This apartment can be booked in combination with the upstairs apartment (there is a connecting door). On the first and second floor you will find a two-bedroom apartment with en-suite bathrooms. The cozy living room with fireplace, open (fully equipped) kitchen and terrace is located on the second floor. Casa Aduar 22 has tastefully designed walk-in shower rooms and offers guests luxurious beds. Each bedroom on the first floor has a Juliette balcony with charming views.

The terrace offers you sun all day and is a place to enjoy cool drinks in the evening while watching the sun set over the rooftops of Marbella.Other things to note

We have been living in Spain with great pleasure since May 2000. We now have four school-age children and run several businesses in Marbella.

Marbella is the perfect place for a wonderful holiday, which is why we bought this house for rental purposes. We tastefully renovated and furnished the house in 2023 and hope that our guests enjoy a great stay!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

50% of the total amount must be paid upon reservation. The remainder + 400 € deposit must be paid no later than six weeks before arrival.

The deposit will be refunded within a few days after departure. Costs for possible damage and extra cleaning costs can be deducted from the deposit.
