Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Payment via Micazu Final cleaning is an additional charge charged at the time of booking. We offer an optional cot and high chair. Additional cleaning costs among other things.
CANCELLATION OF THE BOOKING BY THE CUSTOMER Any request for cancellation or modification must be sent to us in writing, by e-mail, fax or post and will take effect on the day we receive the request. You will be liable for the cancellation or change fees described below.
More than 30 days before arrival = 10% of the booking price.
29 - 7 days before arrival = 50% of the booking price.
Less than 7 days before arrival = 100% of the booking price.
No refund will be made if the customer cancels before the end of his stay and voluntarily decides not to use the services associated with the trip.
