Finca Vista Lago

Finca Vista Lago is an oasis of tranquility within walking distance of the beautiful Lake Istán, surrounded by nature and with breathtaking views of the mountains. Just 10 minutes away from the lively atmosphere of Puerto Banús and 20 minutes from the charming old town of Marbella, this finca combines complete privacy with proximity to the coast.

This stylish two-bedroom finca features an attractive private garden and a private pool – perfect for families or friends who want to relax in comfort. With panoramic views over the lake and the surrounding mountains, this is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday in Andalusia.

The house

Inside you will find a warm and cozy living room with fireplace and television, an open kitchen fully equipped with modern appliances, and direct access to the terrace and garden. The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed. The second bedroom has two bunk beds and is therefore ideal for families with children. There are two bathrooms: one fully equipped bathroom with shower, and a second bathroom with toilet, sink and washing machine.

Outside, you can enjoy a beautiful garden with sunbeds and a private swimming pool, open from May 15 to October 15. The terrace with dining area is the perfect place for long summer evenings, while looking out over the lake and the mountains.

Location

The finca is only a 10-minute drive from Puerto Banús, the hotspot for luxury shops, restaurants and nightlife. The historic center of Marbella with the atmospheric Plaza de los Naranjos can be reached in about 20 minutes. Málaga Airport is about a 45-minute drive away, making Finca Vista Lago both private and easily accessible.

Good to know

The swimming pool is open from 15 May to 15 October.

Our home is there to be enjoyed – we ask you to treat it with care. A refundable deposit of €400 will be requested for the final payment. You will receive this back within a few days after departure, provided that no significant damage has occurred.
