Our attractive apartment is located on a hill in a quiet complex with four swimming pools.
The house has a fully equipped kitchen, two cozy bedrooms, two bathrooms, air conditioning, wifi and a private parking space. From two of the three spacious terraces you have a beautiful view of the sea and in the distance even of Gibraltar and Africa. In the area you can fully enjoy the many sandy beaches and golf courses. The Costa del Sol is not called the Costa del Golf for nothing!

In the beautiful harbor of La Duquesa there are numerous restaurants and a visit to Estepona with its pleasant boulevard is definitely recommended. Marbella is half an hour's drive away and has a beautiful historic city center. Puerto Banus, Gibraltar and the pueblos blancos in the beautiful hinterland of Andalusia are also a nice day out.

Vistalmar is the ideal holiday home in the summer and can also be rented for longer periods in the winter months.

We love the heat and the sun very much and have therefore bought this attractive apartment in the south. At times when we are not here ourselves, we are happy to rent out our house to other people who love the sun, sea and the wonderful Spanish life.

  • In case of cancellation up to 30 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
  • In case of cancellation from 30 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
  • If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.

Mijas Pueblo, also known as the White Village.
You must have been here once, the tranquility that the picturesque village exudes and beautiful views is a must for every camera to take a picture of it.
With the donkeys of Mijas this allows you to drive around the village.
The Rock, a small piece of England in the southernmost part of Spain with a view over Algeciras and when it is nice you can even see the African continent.
