Our tasteful apartment is located on a hill in a quiet complex with four swimming pools.
The house has a fully equipped kitchen, two pleasant bedrooms, two bathrooms, air conditioning, WiFi and a private parking. From two of the three terraces, you have a beautiful view of the sea and in the distance you can even see Gibraltar and Africa. In the area, you enjoy many sandy beaches and golf courses. The Costa del Sol isn't called Costa del Golf for nothing!

In the beautiful harbour of La Duquesa, you'll find many restaurants; a visit to Estepona, with its pleasant boulevard, is certainly recommended. Marbella is half an hour by car away and features a beautiful historical city centre. Puerto Banus, Gibraltar and the pueblos blancos, in the beautiful hinterland of Andalusia, are also worth a nice day trip.

Vistalmar is the ideal holiday home in the summer and can also be rented for longer periods during the winter months.

I have been living with my Spanish husband and children in Galicia, in the north of Spain, for over 23 years. We really like the warmth and the sun and have therefore bought this attractive apartment in the south. When we are not here ourselves, we are happy to rent out our house to other people who love the sun, sea and the wonderful Spanish life.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
