> Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, extractor, large fridge with 3 freezer drawers, hand blender, orange juicer, toaster, kettle, Tassimo coffee machine, frying pans, pans, cooking utensils, plates, cutlery, etc. The kitchen also has the following towels, oil and vinegar, salt and pepper, sugar and coffee for the first few days.

> The nightly prices are based on 2 persons/use of 1 bedroom and bathroom. Are you coming with more than 2 people? When booking, please indicate how many people you will be coming with. You pay the extra costs for this when booking.
> Are you coming with 2 people and still want to use both bedrooms and bathrooms? This is possible, we ask a small fee of 20 euros cash per night for this. When booking, indicate that you want to use both rooms and bring 20 euros per night in cash. Without this modification you can use 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. Of course, the apartment is also completely private in this case, there are no other guests! Please note! If you indicate when booking that you are coming with 3 or 4 people, this extra contribution does not apply, then it is already included in the travel sum.
> For our smallest guests we have a camping cot with mattress, pillow and duvet, bed linen and high chair available. Good to know that the bed can be placed in a colored bedroom, but that the passage is narrow. Use of the camping cot and high chair costs 20 euros per stay, which must be paid in cash on arrival.
> The entire apartment is air-conditioned, and in each room this can be operated separately from each other. In the summer for cooling, and in the winter for heating.
> Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment, including on the terrace.

> We have three wonderfully comfortable city bikes available in the apartment to rent so you can discover Malaga and its beaches! Contact us for more information and prices. Our prices are significantly lower than at the local bike rental companies.
> There are two English travel guides about Malaga in the apartment that you can use during your stay.
> You can walk (about 20 min) and by bike (about 10 min) to the beach, beach towels are provided in the apartment (April-October).
> We have a free private parking space (2.30x4.39mtr) under the apartment complex. Here you can park your (rental) car or your rented bicycles or scooters. From the garage you can take the elevator or take the stairs to the apartment. Please note: The parking garage is only suitable for small and medium-sized cars (European size).
> From the apartment it is only 7 minutes by car to the highway from where you can discover much of Andalusia.
