Guest access

Guests have access to the entire apartment, a selection of 3 swimming pools, plus free adult access to the SPA and gym (consisting of a sauna and jacuzzi, plus fully equipped TechnoGym gym and showers), access to the local sauna, and also the adults relax sun terrace sunbathing and a jacuzzi.

A new court has been created designed to play petanque/boules. The Calanova Golf clubhouse and restaurant for golfers and guests is easily accessible, serving food and drinks all day and also offering great golf. 

Other things to note

This apartment is in a fantastic location, although it is a good 45 minute walk downhill to reach the local amenities. Of course, it only takes less than 5 minutes by rental car or taxi to La Cala de Mijas.

For night arrivals between 10:00 pm and 5:00 am, please consult us first.

The centre of Málaga is 45 km from the apartment. The nearest airport is Málaga International Airport, 38 km from the property.

Stunning views of the Calanova golf course for golfers and a short distance from the Calanova Golf clubhouse, which offers refreshments and snacks, plus barbecues every Friday with live entertainment during the summer months.

Strictly no smoking and no pets allowed. 

Once your reservation is confirmed/paid for (or at least in time for your arrival), we will contact you to make arrangements to meet you at the property, or in the local town, La Cala de Mijas. You will be shown around the apartment with everything clearly explained by our local property managers (who are fluent in English and Spanish!) and your questions about the area/facilities can be answered. We want you to enjoy your holiday!

The property managers are ready to answer any questions or in case of an emergency or questions. Unlimited FREE fiber optic WiFi and multilingual TV is included in the rental price.

A hire car is highly recommended for this property as it is located 4km up the hill, although taxis are easily available from the taxi rank in the local village of La Cala de Mijas. You can also use the Uber, Bolt, or Cabify apps.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

  • Cleaning the apartment is not included. You pay € 150 cleaning and washing costs + € 500 deposit.
  • When you leave the apartment, if you leave the apartment in good condition, you will receive a € 500 deposit refunded to your account.
  • Reservation is final from receipt of deposit

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

  • In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
  • In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
  • If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
