My penthouse has a beautiful view over the sea, but also over 2 outdoor swimming pools, 1 indoor pool, the restaurant, the gym and a beautifully maintained garden. The apartment has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. A swimming pool on the 2nd floor. 

It is really insanely beautifully decorated by interior designer Pietjan van den Kommer. 

Through the parking garage you go up with the elevator and you enter directly into this beautiful penthouse. For the sports enthusiasts: there is also a staircase.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge

In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price

In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price

In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price

In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.


The week of Christmas and New Year's Eve is slightly more expensive.

There is always a deposit of 1000.00 per booking.

You can swim in the outdoor pools or in the heated indoor pool, work out in the gym, cycle, walk on the boulevard, but the Costa del Sol is also known for its beautiful golf courses. If you want to relax: Estepona is a very beautiful old town with many restaurants and terraces.
