The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 modern bathrooms and air conditioning. From the shower you can see the sea! The kitchen is equipped with every comfort: induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, coffee machine, washing machine, dryer. There is also an electric plancha available to prepare a nice lunch or dinner outside.
From the comfortable lounge on the terrace you can enjoy a 180° sea view and if you pay attention you can see the dolphins passing by!
In the morning a dip in the communal pool, relax in the sea or a lovely walk on the beach.
Sunbeds are available at the pool.
Via the beautiful coastal path along the water you can walk to the port of Estepona (3km) There are several supermarkets nearby. Aldi and Mecadona are 800m away. The port of La Duquesa is 5 min. drive, Sotogrande 15min and Marbella 20min. Nearby there are several golf courses for golf enthusiasts. The region is known for the offer of many golf courses.
On Sundays there is a market in the port of Estepona and Sotogrande, after the market you can have lunch in one of the chiringuitos on the beach. Friday is the market in Sabinillas and Saturday in San Pedro de Alcantara.
You can use one underground parking space. (Max. height 1.70m)

Our accommodation is less suitable for small children, there is also no children's pool.
