You will have to be there in time to discuss this attractive and spacious house. From the description and the video you can see below, you can see why. The house has 3 spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. You enter the house on living level, with a large complete kitchen, spacious living room opening into a terrace with views of the marina of Estepona and the rock of Gibraltar. The ground floor has a bathroom with bathtub, a large bedroom with separate beds and a covered terrace. The bedrooms have mosquito nets against mosquitoes.

The upper floor has two spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with bath and small balconies. Above it is the spacious roof and sun terrace. Attractively, the two bedrooms are separated by the living area, which provides additional privacy. The house is tastefully decorated, with an eye for detail. The view is magnificent with direct views of the marina of Estepona and the exit and entry of fishing vessels and pleasure yachts, the open sea and Gibraltar.
The urbanization has a special architecture, is small and well maintained with beautiful gardens and a large swimming pool. Within a three-minute walk you are in the marina with many restaurants with terraces and the necessary shops.

There is wifi / internet in the house ( Fiber 300 MB ). High chair, stroller and all kinds of beach toys available.
The house is located on the harbour, slightly on the west side of the village of Estepona, from there it is a maximum of 300 meters walk to ́Playa Christo ́. This beach is particularly suitable for children because it is located in the lee of the harbor (little waves) and slopes very slowly. On the other side of the harbour is 'Playa de la Rada', a little further walk, but no more than 600 metres through the harbour. This beach has a completely different character, wide, very fast deep and more waves.

The village and especially the center of Estepona has been greatly refurbished and brightened up in recent years with a new mayor. It's really worth walking through, shopping and grabbing a bite to eat without throngs of tourists shuffling by.
Diagonally across the urbanization is a supermarket, 200 meters walk.
In the urbanization there is a large communal BBQ by the pool. This can be reserved for the desired hours.

I have a charter company with a sailboat in Estepona port, if you are interested I can offer a day trip for renters for half price.

There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. You enter the house at residential level, with a large kitchen with all usual appliances and a spacious living room in anticipation of a terrace overlooking the port of Estepona and the rock of Gibraltar. The ground floor has a spacious bathroom with bath, a large and spacious bedroom with fireplace and separate beds and a lovely covered terrace, where under all weather conditions, life is good. The upper floor has two bedrooms with separate beds, each with its own bathroom and small balcony. Here again is facing the spacious roof terrace. Attractive is that the bedroom floors are separated by the living, what constitutes an unusual privacy. The whole house is tastefully decorated and you can include all Dutch TV (widescreen) and DVD + radio stations. Soon you will have access to wireless internet. Cot, highchair, changing pad, (beach) toys, laundry and washing machine is available. The view is unique with direct view of the port of Estepona and within and leaving fishing boats and yachts, the open sea and Gibraltar.De urbanization has a special architecture, derived from London's Belgravia, is small and well maintained with lovely gardens and a large pool overlooking the sea. Within 5 minutes walk to the harbor, where there is always something to do. There are many restaurants and terraces and the necessary stores, including a supermarket and a newsagent with all newspapers, such as morning at 10 o'clock the Telegraph of the same day. There is an equivalent house in the same urbanization, which enable a group of up to 12 can be accommodated.
