Old finca, completely renovated and equipped with all modern conveniences. Located on a hill with private pool and sea views. 25 min. from Málaga Airport.
The finca consists of a fully fenced plot of 1000 m2 and is equipped with a lockable gate. The access road is a bit steep but paved.
There are 4 terraces, each with their own advantage. A covered patio for relaxed dining and enjoyment, a large sun terrace with built-in barbecue, a pool terrace with a shower and a small roof terrace, reached via an old spiral staircase for the morning and/or evening sun.
The whole finca has thick authentic walls and all windows are fitted with mosquito nets and shutters. All bedrooms are equipped with powerful Mitsubishi air conditioning.
From our house in Cajiz it is 7 minutes to the beach, 11 minutes to the El Ingenio shopping center (Vélez-Málaga) with 75 different shops and restaurants. There is also a very large Eroski supermarket here. Or in 8 minutes to the Mercadona in Chilches for your daily groceries and bread.
For cooking enthusiasts, we already have a nice basic stock of herbs, spices and Spanish recipes in our kitchen.
All amenities nearby, but everything only accessible by car.
Great base for the major attractions such as Granada, Ronda, Cordoba, Gribaltar and Seville. But don't forget the beautiful Nerja, Compéta and of course Málaga!
Unfortunately, our house is not suitable for young children due to the many stairs and the outdoor swimming pool. There are also no extra facilities for babies and/or young children.
The swimming pool, which was completely renovated in 2021, is covered from November to March for the winter.
In the months of May to October , the large terrace is equipped with a sun screen to keep the sun out of the house as much as possible and to create extra shade for all of you. But of course you can always lie in the sun by the pool.
We do not rent out the house for a longer period of time in the winter, as our parents like to go there for a few weeks in the winter.
Pets are not allowed.
The age of the main booker must be at least 25 years. We do not have fixed changeover days, you can come and go as you please.
