"PALMERAS DEL GOLF " in Torrequebrada is a very nice, comfortable house. This beautiful apartment is located in a special part of Benalmadena located between the beautiful old Spanish city of Malaga and the luxurious and bustling Marbella. Granada, Cordoba and many other picturesque villages in the area are also nice to visit. A nice location for a family, golf lovers, a couple looking for peace and relaxation in Andalusia.

The apartment is located on a beautifully landscaped park with a golf course, two private swimming pools, 2 bedrooms and 1 smaller children's bedroom, 2 bathrooms, one of which has a bath. During the stay, a private parking space in the building's garage is available and there is also a lift. There is a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and separate laundry room with washing machine. A spacious terrace with table, 6 chairs and 2 sunbeds with a view of the pool, garden and sea view. Wi-Fi and TV with Dutch and foreign channels and is equipped with air conditioning/heating. In addition, the apartment also has a large terrace at the back where you can sit quietly.

There is a golf course, fitness, tennis, paddle court, fitness and children's playground 5 minutes away. Furthermore, there are many good restaurants, towns and villages to visit in the area. Located at 15 min. driving distance from Malaga airport. From the apartment you can walk to the beach in 5 minutes where you can also drink delicious coffee, have breakfast, lunch and/or dinner at Yucas Café & Bar.

A car can be useful for both daily shopping and day trips, but there is also public transport.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

In low season (Nov to Feb) € 890,-per week (excluding cleaning and linen).
In mid season (Oct, March to May) € 990,-. (excluding cleaning and linen)
In high season (July to Sept) and during school holidays the price is € 1090 per week (excluding cleaning and linen).

Cleaning, bed linen and towel package is 175,- and will be deducted from the deposit.
For shorter periods (minimum 3 nights) or longer periods, the price is negotiable.

Cancellation policy:
Landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will no longer make use of the rented property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
