Our penthouse is part of a small-scale apartment complex with a beautiful garden, swimming pool and elevator. The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen of the apartment is equipped with all modern appliances, such as a fridge freezer, microwave and oven, induction hob and a washing machine and dryer. Special about this apartment is the huge terrace, 174m2. From this terrace you have a fantastic view of the Mediterranean Sea and Fuengirola with its harbor.
This penthouse is part of a beautiful resort called El Higueron. This resort has a beautiful sports hotel with all kinds of facilities that can be used, such as various indoor and outdoor pools, good restaurants, tennis, padel and beach volleyball courts. There are also several fitness and massage parlors.
From our penthouse it is about 300-400 meters to a train station, where you can take the train to the airport or the center of Malaga. The beach is more than 400 meters. In the vicinity of this resort are several large shopping centers; within the year two more large "malls" will be added. Of course, all the sights of Andalusia are a short drive away. Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been passed on to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts: depending on the date of written cancellation by the renter:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the commencement date or during the rental period that he will not use the rented property (anymore), he will still owe the full rental price.
