The non-smoking, cosy, homely furnished and fully equipped, 3 bedroom duplex penthouse house located in beautiful Arroyo de la Miel (Benalmadena) with views of the sea and the mountains.
The apartment is located on the outskirts of Arroyo de la Miel, west of Malaga, 20 minutes by car or direct train (15min) from the airport.
Due to its location, various family attractions and a cable car to the top of the nearest Calamorro mountain make it an ideal location to stay even out of the high season.
After 20 minute walk you are on the promenade of the Playa Bil Bil, which is described as one of the most beautiful beaches in Benalmadena.
Arroyo de la Miel train station is a 10-minute walk away.
The center of Arroyo de la Miel with shops and many international restaurants is a 15-minute walk away.
The apartment has its own parking space in the indoor garage and there is sufficient parking possibilities in the nearest surroundings.
Stay without a car is also possible due to very convenient public transport (bus, train) and taxis.
The apartment consists of 2 levels:
Level 1:
In the spacious living room, with access to the sunny balcony, you will find a large dining table with 5 chairs, a sofa (3 seats), saloon table and SMART TV with international channels including Dutch, English, German, French and Spanish.
3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are also located on the 1st level.
The master bedroom has a bed of 150x200 cm and private access to the spacious, sunny balcony. In the second bedroom there are two single beds (90x190 cm) and in the third sofa-bed. Second and third bedrooms have beautiful mountain view. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.
The kitchen is equipped with induction hob, oven, microwave , fridge/freezer, dishwasher and other small kitchen appliances.
The bathrooms have a bath or shower and toilets. There is also a bidet in one of the bathrooms.
The apartment is equipped with manual shutters , air conditioning and free Wi-Fi internet (fiber) .
Level 2:
Nice and spacious relax room with sofa, storage space for cleaning supplies and the laundry room with washing machine. Also access to a large, with a lot of privacy, sunny upper terrace with sunbeds.
(Bath) towels and bed linen are of course available and included in the rental price ( 1 set of linen and 2 towels per person). The beds are made on arrival and the apartment is fully prepared to make your stay as easy and relaxing as possible.
The apartment has a communal swimming pool available and the penthouse is located in a gated complex.
