This lovely house is located about 80 meters from the water, it is a beautiful single-storey house with spacious living room with kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet, separate toilet, 3 double bedrooms, garden with fence and private swimming pool.
The house can be rented per week or for a longer period of time to spend the winter, for example. The house is all on one level. Be sure to take a look at the photos for an overview of the house.
You will not get bored easily in the vicinity of Vinaros. Next to Vinaros are Benicarlo and Peniscola. A day trip to Barcelona is a 2-hour drive away and Valencia can be seen by driving 1.5 hours to the south, but don't forget the beautiful Tarragona where you can enjoy it at a 1-hour drive. If you drive inland towards Teruel, you can even ski until March in Vinaros.
We improve the house every time, for example, the air conditioning has been renewed, we installed a pallet stove in 2025 and hung fans from the ceilings in the bedrooms. In March 2026, the kitchen was expanded with a dishwasher and infrared heat panels were hung in the hall and bedrooms to keep the house warm and dry.
