This lovely house is located about 80 meters from the water, it is a beautiful ground floor house with spacious living room with kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet, separate toilet, 3 double bedrooms, garden with fence and private pool.

The house is for rent per week or for a longer period of time, for example to overwinter. The house is entirely on the ground floor. you also look at the pictures for an overview of the house.

You will not get bored easily in the Vinaros area. Benicarlo and Peniscola are next to Vinaros. Day trip to Barcelona is a 2 hour drive and you can see Valencia by driving 1.5 hours to the south, but do not forget the beautiful Tarragona where you can enjoy 1 hour drive. If you drive inland in the direction of Teruel, you can even ski to Vinaros in a 1.5 hour drive

We rent in Vinaros in Spain, "Casa Triadors" , "Casa San Telmo" and "Casa Gonzales",

We always enjoy ourselves in Vinaros, a still Spanish touristic town that offers all facilities, enjoy and eat for fantastic prices. Nice city trips within reach and then rest again in Vinaros.

If you land at Barcelona and rent a car there you can possibly fly back via Valencia, 2 city trips in 1 holiday, great option

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

+After booking you will receive an invoice and other information from us, this invoice must be paid within 7 days via IDeal payment. This concerns the rent and the deposit. Cleaning costs and service costs are to be paid in cash on arrival. A maximum of 140 kw per week is used for electricity consumption,
Electricity additional consumption will be deducted from the deposit on departure, initial and final position will be recorded.

You must take out cancellation insurance yourself, you will receive an invoice and the conditions from us after booking.

Annually between September 30 and May 1 you can rent the house for a longer period of time (minimum 60 days) for € 200.00* per week (excluding energy costs), for wintering. *Please note! This is with the exception of the Dutch school holidays, for which 75% of the normal rate is charged, if they fall within your period.
