This lovely holiday apartment is located in a beautiful park directly on the pebble beach and by the sea, the Boulevard and the center are within walking distance via the route along the sea. It is a beautiful ground floor apartment on 1 floor with stairs accessible with living room and 2 balconies with beautiful views, 2 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet, spacious balcony with beautiful views towards the sea and on the other hand a view of the pool, garden and sea. Air conditioning of the bedrooms was renewed in 2025.

The house can be rented from 7 nights or for a longer period of time to spend the winter (annually from November 1 to May 1). The house is all on one level. Be sure to take a look at the photos for an overview of the apartment.

You will not get bored easily in the vicinity of Vinaros. Next to Vinaros are Benicarlo and Peniscola. A day trip to Barcelona is a 2-hour drive away and Valencia can be seen by driving 1.5 hours to the south, but don't forget the beautiful Tarragona where you can enjoy it at a 1-hour drive. If you drive inland towards Teruel, you can even ski until March in November to March at a 1.5-hour drive from Vinaros

We rent 2 houses in Vinaros in Spain: "Casa Triadors" & "Casa Gozales 71".

We ourselves also enjoy Vinaros, a Spanish tourist town that offers all facilities, delicious enjoyment and delicious food for fantastic prices. Nice city trips within reach and rest in Vinaros.

If you land in Barcelona and rent a car there, you can possibly fly back via Valencia, 2 city trips in 1 holiday, nice option

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

After booking you will receive a booking confirmation from Micazu with payment request and other information in PDF. This concerns the rental and the deposit. Cleaning costs and service costs are to be paid in cash on arrival. A maximum of 140 kw per week is used for electricity consumption, additional electricity consumption is deducted from the deposit on departure, initial and final readings are recorded.

Cancellation policy

In case of cancellation, we apply the following conditions: cancellations can only be made by e-mail and only apply if they have been confirmed by us by e-mail.

In case of cancellation up to 30 days before arrival, you will owe 50% of the rental amount,
In case of cancellation up to 14 days before arrival you owe 75% of the rental amount,
In case of cancellation up to 8 days before arrival, you will owe 100% of the rental amount

You must take out cancellation insurance yourself.

Annually between October 1 and April 15 you can rent the house for a longer period of time (minimum 60 days) for € 200.00* per week (excluding energy costs), for wintering. *Please note! This is with the exception of the Dutch school holidays, for which 75% of the normal rate is charged, if they fall within your period. If you are interested, please send us a message. (This winter period 2026/2027 applies from 4 Oct '26 to 18 April '27)
