This lovely holiday apartment is located in a beautiful park directly on the pebble beach and by the sea, the center is within walking distance. It is a beautiful ground floor apartment on 1 floor with stairs to reach with living room and balcony with beautiful views, 2 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet, spacious balcony with beautiful views towards the sea and on the other hand a view of the pool, garden and sea.

The house can be rented per week or for a longer period of time to spend the winter (annually from September 15 to May 15). The house is entirely on one floor. Be sure to look at the photos for an overview of the apartment.

You will not get bored easily in the area around Vinaros. Next to Vinaros are Benicarlo and Peniscola. A day trip to Barcelona is a 2 hour drive and Valencia can be viewed by driving 1.5 hours to the south, but don't forget the beautiful Tarragona where you can enjoy a 1 hour drive. If you drive inland towards Teruel, you can even ski until March at a 1.5-hour drive from Vinaros in November to March

Explanation of prices

After booking you will receive an invoice and other information from us, this invoice must be paid within 7 days via IDeal payment. This concerns the rent and the deposit. Cleaning costs and service costs must be paid in cash on arrival. A maximum of 140 kW per week is used for electricity consumption,
electricity additional consumption is settled upon departure with the deposit, initial position and final position are included.

You must take out cancellation insurance yourself, you will receive an invoice and the conditions after booking.

Every year between October 1 and May 1, you can rent the house for a longer period (minimum 60 days) for € 200.00 per week excluding energy costs, for wintering.
