Dream house on Golf Course is first line to the 18-hole top golf course of Panorámica Golf and Country Club on the Costa del Azahar, about 15 minutes inland from the cozy fishing town of Vinaros with its beautiful beach. The beautiful, tranquil setting is picturesque and green, with pretty mountain views, and orange and olive groves as far as the eye can see.

The house has two floors with a total of three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a separate toilet, a dining room and a large corner kitchen with all possible comforts such as a dishwasher, washing machine, oven and Nespresso machine. In all bedrooms there are comfortable box springs of 180 x 200 cm that can be used as double or single beds. A baby cot is also available.

Droomhuis op Golfbaan has a large side and back garden. The large, partially covered rear terrace with private swimming pool and luxurious patio furniture is a wonderful place to relax. Two spacious roof terraces complete the comfort. Two spacious private parking spaces are available in front of the villa.

Based on a stay of 1 week/7 nights. We do not charge lower long-term or monthly rates; Long-term rental not possible.

IMPORTANT: Our dream house is not rented from November to March.

PAYMENT AND BOOKING CONDITIONS: 
For payment details, please see the Micazu booking confirmation.Payment in 2 instalments. When booking: 20% rental amount (minimum € 100). After confirmation of receipt, the booking is final. Six weeks before arrival: remaining rental amount + deposit. Last minutes full payment rent + deposit upon booking. 

IMPORTANT:
No rights can yet be derived from placing a booking in the online calendar and the subsequent confirmation. The booking is only final after the above conditions have been met. The landlord is entitled to cancel the booking if the above conditions are not met.

Welcome to the presentation of our dream house. We would like to invite you to read the extensive background information, where most of your questions will be answered.

TIP: We also rent this nice apartment 300 m from the beach via the Micazu website: Dream apartment by the sea (number 10594 - suitable for 1 - 4 people).
Welcome
The (key) management of Droomhuis op Golfbaan is in the good hands of our English-speaking support and anchor Linda. She is the contact person during the entire stay and also coordinates the final cleaning. She does everything she can to make her guests feel at home. Linda (or one of her colleagues) receives the guests on arrival at the agreed place. Once in the house, the necessary explanation follows. After receipt of the agreed amounts, see Services and additional costs, Linda will hand over the key. Linda lives at Panoramica Golf & Country Club, and knows the area like no other. Feel free to ask her if she has any fun travel or dining tips! Only in consultation with Linda - and for a fee to be determined by Linda - Linda can provide extra services, such as an interim cleaning and / or change of linen, transport to / from restaurant, train station or doctor, babysitting service, etc.
Key holder Linda

Arrival or departure day: changeover day! On changeover days, tenants leave and new tenants arrive on the same day. In order to deliver Droomhuis on golf course clean and tidy to the (next) tenant, it is available on arrival from 3 p.m., and must be vacated by 10 a.m. on departure. No changeover day? Sometimes there is no changeover day. Then Droomhuis on golf course, only in consultation with us and / or key holder Linda, can be involved earlier on arrival or left later on departure. This only applies on the agreed arrival or departure day, and never on any other date. Always take into account changeover days on the arrival or departure day, even if this was not initially the case. Rights can never be derived from the old situation. Arrival Expected arrival and departure times, as well as the number of guests, are reported by us to Linda in advance. On the day of arrival, guests will contact Linda by telephone + 2 hours before the expected arrival time. Upon arrival at Panorámica, Linda welcomes the guests at the agreed location, see also Background information - Key holder. Departure In connection with the final check to be carried out by Linda, the guests always discuss the actual departure time with her well in advance.
Arrival and departure
Unfortunately, there is no supermarket at Panoramica Golf & Country club.
Large supermarkets can be found along the N-340 at Vinarós and towards Benicarló, such as Lidl, Carrefour and Aldi. In Vinarós there are several smaller supermarkets, such as Consum and Mercadona. There are also various bakeries, greengrocers, fish shops and butchers here. The covered market (Mercat Central) can be found in the center of Vinarós. They sell delicious fresh fish, crustaceans and shellfish, meat, meat products, cheese, vegetables and fruit. The local population does their shopping here. Closed during siesta and on Sunday. Typically 'Dutch' products are not or hardly available in Spain. The Carrefour has the most extensive range.
Shopping
The 18-hole 72 par golf course of Panorámica Golf & Country Club was designed by the German golf professional Bernhard Langer. This Aymerich golf course is one of the best in Spain and is very varied. The Mediterranean entourage is beautiful. The golf shop in the club building sells and rents all golf equipment. International competitions , such as the Spanish Ladies Open, are regularly held at Panorámica. The course is not available during golf competitions! Residents / guests of Droomhuis op Golfbaan can only use the golf course for a fee. TIPS: * Panorámica Golf regularly has good offers, ranging from 2 green fees including a buggy for a good price, or a friends card which can be played several times for a considerably lower amount. Inquire about this in the club building. * For the current prices and all other information, see the Panorámica Golf website. * Reserve the golf course before your holiday through the Panorámica Golf website! * End a morning of golf with a delicious lunch. There is a great restaurant in the club building!
Panoramica Golf & Country Club
The dream house with swimming pool and the golf course are fantastic, but the area is also well worth exploring. To help with planning, various travel and information guides, (country) maps, maps and information folders with tips are available in the villa. A Spanish dictionary has also been thought of, because few (older) Spaniards speak English. Lots of fun!
Tourist information
Unfortunately, it is possible that the holiday has to be canceled or interrupted earlier. Therefore, always take out travel and cancellation insurance! Possible reasons for cancellation (varies by insurance) * Death or serious illness of a traveler or close family * Involuntary unemployment * Fire or burglary damage to property of the insured, requiring return Cancellation policy after booking *Immediately after booking up to 6 weeks before arrival date - the agreed deposit. *From 6 weeks before arrival date - the fully agreed rental amount. The landlord considers a cancellation and is not responsible: *When the tenant decides not to use the rented property after booking. *When the tenant decides for reasons to occupy the rented property later or to leave earlier than the agreed rental period. *When the tenant has to cancel the holiday for whatever reason. *If the tenant still owes an amount after cancellation according to the conditions. For example, if it is 'cancelled' without notice due to non-payment of the (remaining) agreed amount, or in the event of late cancellation. The agreed amounts will not be (partially) returned in any of these cases! TIPS * The tenant is responsible for taking out travel and cancellation insurance. A continuous travel and cancellation insurance is usually the cheapest.
