Dream house on Golf Course is located 1st line to the beautiful 18-hole golf course of Panorámica Golf on the Costa del Azahar, about 15 minutes inland from the cozy town of Vinaros with its beautiful beach. The beautiful, peaceful surroundings are picturesque and green, with pretty mountain views, and orange and olive groves as far as you can see.

The house has two floors with a total of three double bedrooms, two bathrooms with toilet and bidet, a separate third toilet, a large corner kitchen with all comforts such as a dishwasher, washing machine, oven and Nespresso machine. All bedrooms have comfortable box springs of 180 x 200 cm that can be used as double or single beds. A baby cot is available on request.

Dream house on Golf Course has a large side and back garden. The large, partially covered rear terrace with private pool and luxury patio furniture is a wonderful place to relax. Two spacious roof terraces complete the comfort. Two private parking spaces are available in front of the villa.

This place offers everything: Spanish sun, a professional golf course where it is never crowded, peace and quiet, nice villages and towns in the area, sea and beach nearby. Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Based on a 1 week/7 night stay. Changeover days on Saturday.

IMPORTANT REGARDING BOOKINGS

Rental only from April to October. Rental longer than 3 weeks or shorter than 1 week is not possible. Options remain for a maximum of 1 week. Booking is only possible via the online calendar, on the dates available at that time. It is not possible to book further in advance.

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment upon booking: 20% rental amount (minimum € 100). Payment 6 weeks before arrival: balance of rent + deposit. Last minutes: full payment upon booking.

No rights can be derived from the booking confirmation if not all payment conditions are met. In that case, the booking will be cancelled.

The (key) management of Dream House on Golf Course is in the hands of our English-speaking keyholder, who is also the contact person during the stay.

The keyholder - or a colleague - receives guests on arrival at an agreed place. Once in the house, the necessary explanation follows. Upon receipt of the final cleaning fee, the key will be handed over to the guests.

The keyholder lives on Panoramica, and knows the area well. Feel free to ask if she has any good tips.

In order to deliver the house clean and tidy to new tenants, the house is available on arrival from 15:00, and must be vacated by 10:00 on departure at the latest.

Expected arrival and departure times and the number of guests have been reported to the keyholder in advance.

On the day of arrival, guests will contact the keyholder by phone more than 2 hours in advance. Due to the final inspection, guests must inform the key holder of the departure time well in advance.

In the commercial center of Panoramica Golf there is a supermarket next to the restaurants. They also sell fresh bread. Open Monday to Thursday from 09:00 - 15:00. The closing times differ on other days.

Large supermarkets can be found along the N-340 at Vinarós and towards Benicarló, such as Lidl, Carrefour and Aldi.

The 18-hole 72-par golf course of Panorámica Golf is one of the best in Spain.

International competitions are held regularly. The track is not available during competitions!
Residents/guests can use the golf course for a fee. However, there are regular offers. Inquire about this in the clubhouse.

Sometimes a holiday has to be cancelled, or rather cut short. Therefore, always take out travel and cancellation insurance. The conditions differ per insurance company.

*Due up to 6 weeks prior to arrival - the agreed deposit
*Due from 6 weeks before arrival - the full (remaining) rental amount

Amounts already paid will not be refunded. Your own travel or cancellation insurance is required for this.
