Casa Mas is located on the coast near the cute village of Xeresa, near Gandia and a 40-minute drive from Valencia.

Do you like beaches and nice restaurants and bars or do you like culture and nature. You will find all that in the vicinity.

Casa Mas is for max 4 people, very well equipped, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open kitchen, large terrace, air conditioning & heating, free WiFi, smart TV, free access to swimming pools and fitness room.

In close proximity to; incredibly wide and long sandy beaches (both tourist beach with boulevard and also nearby natural beach near dunes), various seaside resorts, nature reserves, green hills, citrus groves, picturesque villages. Many trips possible in the area such as Gandia, Oliva, Denia, Javea, Moraira, Xativa and of course the beautiful city of Valencia.

A beautiful place to spend a holiday all year round. Also very suitable for overwintering.

Hello dear seeker of a nice spot.
My name is Mascha and I have been renting out my holiday home for several years.
It is a nice place where we really like to go. We have furnished the apartment with care and equipped it with all amenities. Waking up with the sun shining through the palm trees, near the sea and in a beautiful green environment, you can enjoy the wonderful life in Spain.
We think it's a pleasure to be there and would love to welcome you!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The minimum rental period is 5 nights.
The price varies throughout the year. July and August are the high season months.
A monthly amount can be agreed for the winter months.
The mandatory final cleaning is €120.
The deposit is €250 (***)

The weekly prices include linen (*), wifi, energy costs (**), use of swimming pools and fitness.

* per person a set of: 2 towels - 1 washcloth - 1 beach towel - 1 bottom sheet - 1 duvet cover - 1 pillowcase.
and also 1 kitchen towel - 2 tea towels - 2 dishcloths
Additional linen is available at an additional cost of €20 per set.

** I do not charge an extra amount for electricity. Based on trust, I assume that you use electricity wisely. So don't turn on the air conditioning/heating with the doors open or when you're not at home!

You will receive the deposit back after final inspection and return receipt of the key.

Pets are not allowed.
More than 4 people are not allowed.
Smoking only outside on the terrace.

The deposit is 50% of the total amount.
The booking is only final when the deposit has been paid.

CORONA MEASURES:
We take extra care to ensure a clean and safe environment:

Before and after our guests' stay, the house is cleaned and disinfected extra well, with extra attention to hand contact points such as door handles, light switches, remote control, etc.
The linen is washed at a high temperature by a professional laundry.
There is hand sanitizer in the house and there are cleaning products if you want to clean yourself in between. There are also soap dispensers in the bathrooms and in the kitchen.
There is an information folder with emergency information.

The picturesque village of Xeresa is within walking distance of the apartment. Surrounded by citrus trees and green hills.

Gandía has a cozy and authentic center full of shops and restaurants. It is a real Spanish city so there is activity all year round.

The resort is located on, and overlooks a nature park that consists of many marshes and other waters. Here you can walk and cycle through the beautiful nature and admire the animals and plants.

Whether you like a pleasantly busy boulevard with lots of restaurants and cafes, or quietness surrounded by nature. Both are within a stone's throw of the apartment. The beach is wide everywhere and has white powder sand with palm trees. Can be reached both by bicycle and by car.

Gandia is a larger resort and very Spanish oriented. The boulevard is kilometers long as well as the beach. Xeresa and the resort are close to Gandia.

The port is Gandia is surrounded with cozy restaurants, terraces and cafes

Oliva is just south of Gandia and has not really been discovered by tourists. A Spanish feast that is celebrated in many places in Spain is the feast of the Moors and Christians. The battle between the Moors and the Christians in the period from the 8th to the 15th century is central here. The festival in Oliva in honor of this is one of the largest and most colorful in the region. There are fights being played, there is music, there are parades ... and much more! If you are in the area on the third weekend of July, this is definitely recommended!

Valencia is a beautiful city where you will be surprised by the diversity and the relaxed atmosphere. You can be in Valencia in 40 minutes by car, or you can get the train for just € 7 and be in the middle of the city in just 40 minutes.

In addition to the many orange and lemon groves, wine is also produced in the hinterlands. Wine lovers can indulge themselves in the province of Valencia! A visit to one of the many bodegas in the region is therefore a true experience. Like in the Jalón valley that owes its fame to wine production. For those who love antiques / flea markets. Every Saturday in the Jalón valley near the village of Xalo is the famous and crowded antique / flea market. Which is rightly called the best in the region.
