You enter the villa through a glazed conservatory style sitting room (naya) with beautiful high beamed ceilings and lovely garden views (a unique feature of this room is an indoor pond with a wall waterfall from a large piece of marble on the wall). Double doors from the sitting room lead to a spacious dining area with an open fireplace and a grand piano. A few steps up to the fully equipped kitchenette with all new (2023) appliances and utensils: a hob, extractor fan, table top fridge freezer, a small utility room with double marble sink, a compact oven and Nespresso coffee nook. Leaving the sitting area up 2 steps you enter a hallway leading to 3 double bedrooms, all with large fitted wardrobes and beamed ceilings. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower, washbasin, toilet & bidet. There is a full family bathroom with bath, vanity unit, wc & bidet and two further bedrooms, one of which has access to the garden/driveway to the side of the house and steps down to the pool.
