If you want to enjoy and relax the great Spanish hospitality that you can still find here in Barx, come to our cozy Spanish house (Max 8 people) with a large swimming pool of 10x5m.
Our beautiful spacious villa is located at the foot of the Monuver (mountain) bordering a nature reserve, and surrounded by an oasis of peace and privacy,
After purchase in 2022, the villa was completely redecorated on the inside.

The plot has a total area of 1000m2, of which 240m2 is a residential property.
The house has a surrounding garden with many privacy areas, and is fully and comfortably furnished inside and out, all windows have shutters and mosquito nets.

Environment:
In the adjacent village of Barx (2 km) you can find all basic needs, including bakery, butcher, supermarket, bar, restaurant, doctor, dentist, and an ATM.
There is also a padel court and a football field, which can be reserved via our keyholder.

In the city of Gandia (12 km) you will find large shopping centers and large supermarkets such as Carrefour, Mercadona, Aldi, Lidl, Mediamarkt and much more.
Gandia has the most beautiful and cleanest beaches on the Costa Valencia.

Places such as Javea and Denia are located 55 km from the villa and are easy to drive to.
Valencia airport is a 50-minute drive and Alicante airport is a 1.5-hour drive.
The distance from the Netherlands to our house is approximately 1930km.
With us it is possible to be free in your arrival and departure day.
This makes flying on cheaper days and driving from the Netherlands very attractive.

Beautiful hiking trails such as the Pujada al Monduver, Font del Garrofer, and Font del Monduver start around the corner from our house with incredibly beautiful views of the mountains and the sea.
Due to its location in a quiet urbanization, the villa is not suitable and therefore not available for groups of young people, bachelor parties, etc.

A pet is sometimes allowed, but always after consultation.

After your booking, a rental agreement will be sent to your email.
Payment by bank in 2 parts.
1st part (20%) within 3 days.
2nd part (80%) within 6 weeks before purchase.
The booking is only final after the 20% deposit has been paid.

Deposit (mandatory) 500 euros.
Final cleaning (mandatory) 200 euros.
Prices include bed and bath linen, the beds are made for you upon arrival.
There are also beach towels available for the pool or beach.
Furthermore, the (basic use) of electricity, water, Dutch TV and WiFi is included, we assume that you are reasonable with its consumption.

Advice always takes out cancellation insurance after your booking.

If no damage or defects are found in the home by the key manager, the deposit will be refunded by the landlord within 10 days after leaving the home.
We ask that you report to us if anything is broken or missing.
This way we can replenish it for the next guests.
