At the front of the house is the veranda (porch), nicely close to the house and the swimming pool. It offers a great shaded spot where the wind blows well. It is also nice and atmospheric in the evening.

The sun room is unique and in Andalusian style. Look for yourself. It serves as a dining room and has a corner to rest. The room has many windows and doors with a view of the garden and air conditioning on both sides, it's just wonderful to stay there.

The outdoor kitchen behind the house is ingeniously placed. It is equipped with running water, light, extra shade, BBQ and a strong three-burner gas hob. Making a paella 'Solrisa' or pasta outside becomes a pleasure. The terrace next to the outdoor kitchen offers space for 10 people.
