This cave sleeps max 3 people, there is a double bed (160x200) and a sofa bed.(100x 185).
There is a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet and a large bedroom with closet space. The entrance door and the windows have mosquito screens. Outside is a wooden table for you to enjoy your food and drinks, in summer this is also covered with a mosquito/fly net. The big outside pool and lounge area is for you to use, exclusively, i only use it when you are out or when it needs to be cleaned.
Throughout the property is a good and stable wifi available free of charge.
As the house is fully solar powered with battery storage, you have to keep certain things in mind but i will explain all during check in. A lovely space ideal for short and long term.
Beaches are close, in about 10 mins you reach the coastal Villaricos and Palomares where are shops, restaurants and weekly markets. Vera playa, Garrucha and Mojacar are 15-20 mins by car. The walls are very thick, there is a natural insulation and a constant temperature inside between 20 and 24 degrees Celsius...no airconditioning needed! You sleep in the womb of mother Earth.
I live in the main house attached to the apartment with my well behaved small dogs. As some walls are a few meters thick you won't hear me or i you..but if you need me i am available to help you.
My place is not suitable for children
Smoking outside no problem, in the apartment itself is a smoke free area. The cave is situated in a rural area and surrounded by orange groves and fields of veggies and fruits. In the summer months there are flies, we do everything we can to minimize the disturbance.
You need a car!
The property has a large private swimming pool just for you, a garden with lots of chill out areas and a roof terrace for yoga, you can join any time you like as i am a certified yoga teacher. Massage upon request.
