Villa 'la Polvareda'

Since the year 2000 we are the proud owners of our well-maintained villa "la Polvareda".
When we bought the house, we have had a lot of innovation and even now we pay a lot of attention and time to our house.

Our house is in a lovely, large, walled garden, where the swimming pool is located, which is cleaned twice a week during the summer months.

From the conservatory, which you can open completely on hot days with the harmonica doors, you have a nice view of the pool. Even in the evening it is wonderful to stay here and you have a beautiful view of the illuminated swimming pool.
For many people it is a surprise when they come in the backyard. Here is a seat under the four shade trees, where the solid bbq is and where you can cool down under the "rock shower".
On the driveway (inside the gate) at least two cars can be parked behind each other.

In the cozy, furnished living room is the television and of course also air conditioning. There is a fast internet connection at home. The kitchen is equipped with all kinds of appliances such as: dishwasher, fridge with freezer, ceramic hob with extractor, coffee maker and Senseo.
You do not have to drag any more bottles of water, because under the counter we have a special device that is connected to a small tap, where drinking water comes from.
The washing machine is in a separate room.
Plates, cutlery etc. are amply present.

In the bathroom is a walk-in shower, a sink and toilet.
There is also a separate guest toilet There is also a sink here.

Three spacious bedrooms are there. All three with air conditioning, so in warm nights, you can here quietly cool and dark (through the shutters) sleep.
There are two bedrooms with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds.
In one of the bedrooms there is a closet with many Dutch books.

A safe is provided for all your valuables and important papers.
The house also has an alarm system.

Before you move into our house, everything is explained by our administrator.
She also ensures that you can start your wonderful holiday in a wonderfully clean house.
