Beautiful typical Spanish family home, completely renovated and furnished in that wonderful Bohemian lifestyle!
Villa Feliz is in a prime location, 10 minutes from the village (bakery/supermarket) and only a 15-minute walk to the beach and its beautiful boulevard!

It is best to fly to Miami Platja from the Netherlands via Eindhoven at Reus, then it is only a 15-minute drive to the house. Flying to Barcelona is of course also possible, as it is about a 45-minute drive by car. You can rent a car at Reus airport and Barcelona (pre-booking a car via the internet is recommended). It is also possible to travel via Brussels on Reus (Tuifly.be) and it is also easy to do by car, the Villa is a 1600 km drive from Utrecht.

The villa is located on a spacious plot of 750M2, completely fenced and closed, has 2 bedrooms (with air conditioning) for 4 people, its own private swimming pool and all kinds of cozy seats in the garden where you can relax! Relax on the sun loungers by the pool or dream away in the hammock or hanging chair under the olive trees...

Enjoy extensive dining in the large kitchen, on the veranda or under the pergola in the garden!
And of course you will find a typical stone Spanish barbecue with us!

The house is also equipped with all conveniences, such as a fireplace for the colder evenings in spring and autumn, air conditioning/heating, dishwasher, coffee and tea options, smart TV and a wonderful installation for your favorite music. The house is equipped with many smart options through home automation.

Miami Platja is located in one of the most beautiful locations on the Costa Daurada. Here you can relax on one of the beautiful beaches. You can choose between long, wide sandy beaches or small beaches in bays. These are often surrounded by rocks covered with pine trees and are therefore wonderfully sheltered. On the larger beaches there are cozy beach bars where you can enjoy delicious food and drinks, and there are many water sports options.
Miami Platja has a number of cozy restaurants in different price categories. All in all, Miami Platja is a wonderful destination for people who prefer to stay away from mass tourism, but want to enjoy all the good that the Costa Daurada has to offer!

Fancy some active elements during your holiday? Discover the many mountains of the Costa Daurada and try one of the guided climbing excursions! Enjoy beautiful mountain bike and hike routes that depart from the villa for beginners to advanced riders. A stone's throw from the villa you will find the Bici café, where you can rent mountain bikes and have all the services you need right away! And you can immediately enjoy a cup of coffee and a croissant.

Explanation of prices

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts: depending on the date of written cancellation by the renter:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the commencement date or during the rental period that he will not use the rented property (anymore), he will still owe the full rental price.
