Casa Alegria is a detached villa with a large garden, lots of privacy, a private swimming pool 8x4, terraces in sun and shade. The location is quiet and close to the sea (1 km) and is on the outside of the village. Free bicycles are provided for adults and children. Miami is a friendly village, few high-rise buildings and a pleasant small center. Sandy beaches, Playa Cristal is recommended, you can also rent canoes, SUP and surf boards there. Hospitalet (5 km) with its harbor is a nice starting point for avid fishermen. There are several golf courses within a radius of 30 km, recommended: Golf Club Costa Daurada and the competition course: Infinitum Golf.
Shopping in Reus, Tarragona and a little further away Barcelona (train 1h15min). Closer by you have the fish market in Cambrils, a very large amusement park "Port Aventura" in Salou, for enthusiasts discos in Salou, mountain villages and beautiful cycling routes.
Reus airport is 25 kilometers away and Barcelona airport is 110 kilometers away.

This large villa was designed 60 years ago in the Bauhaus style and was 1 of the first residences in the area. It has been in our family for 45 years now and has been renovated in recent years. The large enclosed garden with private pool and the spacious house also makes this an ideal holiday home for larger families, 7 people plus possibly a baby. I like to play golf and cycle in the area, the rest of the family loves sunbathing, supping and surfing, paddling and tennis.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Payment of half of the rent within 1 week after booking, other rent and deposit and cleaning etc. to be paid no later than 8 weeks before arrival.

Premature termination is only possible in writing, if early termination up to 4 months before the start is due 25% of the rent and up to 2 months before the start of the rent 50% is due from 1 month before the start of the rent the entire rent is due. In the event of the outbreak of a "pandemic" where travel is not possible, the entire rent paid and other costs paid will be immediately refunded to the Renter.

The house has a beautiful view of the large roof terrace on the sea on one side and mountains on the other side. It is a unique house designed by a Bauhaus architect. On the ground floor there is the garden room which is open on two sides. This contains seating and a large dining table. A great room to breakfast and games in it. The house is close to the sea (1 km) and near the end of the road so there is very little traffic passing by and children can play.

The rooms have good beds. On the top floor are 2persoons 2x bedrooms, a bathroom and toilet, and a large roof terrace. On the first floor is the large L-shaped living room with balconies and d3 in the short side of the L is an extra bed. There is also a small bedroom with a bed and a trundle and a large kitchen.
The kitchen is fully equipped. (Microwave, espresso machine, coffee maker, washing machine, dishwasher, bread maker and toaster, etc.).

On the ground floor next to the garden room is a large bedroom (4 pers.) With 2 beds and 2 trundle beds. There are 2 cots, a playpen and high chair available. There is a bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. In the garage you will find bicycles for adults (4x) and children. There is also a kinderfietstoeltje. Also there are the beds, chairs etc.

There is a large garden with several terraces and a private pool (8x4 meters). There are plenty of loungers, garden chairs, etc. The garden has plenty of sun, but also enough shade terraces. There ZIS a barbecue. The garden is enclosed and is at the end of a very quiet street with almost no traffic. Ideal for children. In the garage bikes for adults and children.

Casa Alegria is located in a quiet village, Miami Playa. It is located 1 km from sea, 3 km from a beautiful golf course and close to shops, cafes and many restaurants.
The house itself is very quiet at the end of the street, but the shops are within walking distance. There is something for everyone. At the beach are several restaurants and a playground for the kids (Playa Cristal). For older children and adults there are several restaurants, etc., a bar with pool tables etc. and discos in the village. There is a good train (station is 5 kilometers from the house in Hospitalet. Barcelona is approximately 1.5 hours. Half an hour Tarragona and Valencia 2 hours. Port Aventura (Spain's version of Euro Disney) is easily accessible by public transport and by car (25 min).
Reus is a provincial city with a lot of nice shops. The area has lots to see. Beautiful mountain villages and charming towns. There is also an interesting wine route. The Penedès region is 80km, the basements of some houses cava (champagne) are worth a visit. It is also possible to bike or quad (to rent in the village) to go into the mountains.
