In this beautiful design villa, freedom and tranquility are central, and you have access to a private garden of 900 m2 with private swimming pool and spacious terrace. The villa is fully equipped and modernly furnished. This fully equipped holiday home is located on the edge of a protected nature reserve and from the open loft you have a beautiful view of the landscape and you can reach the beach of Hospitalet de L'infant or Miami Playa within 10 minutes by car.

The peaceful surroundings and complete privacy in the garden and swimming pool ensure that you can relax completely on holiday. The beaches of Hospitalet de l'infant offer you the opportunity to practice various water sports and to take endless walks. In the immediate vicinity you can make trips by car or on horseback through the mountainous area. Excursion tips are a day trip to the attractive cities of Reus, Tarragona and Barcelona, which are respectively 35 and 130 km away. The National Park Delta del Ebro, second largest delta in the Mediterranean Sea, at 35km is also worth a visit. Reus airport is 30km from the villa.

There is a private swimming pool of 8 x 4 m with optimal privacy due to its location directly on the protected nature reserve. A few minutes away it is possible to use a municipal swimming pool and a tennis court for a fee.

We, Josefina and Wijnand met each other 40 years ago in Spain. Josefina has her roots in Spain. We love peace and sun and have this house built under our own management in 2010 and expanded in 2015 with a fantastic private pool of 8x4. In addition to this house, we have an apartment for rent near the beach. See other advertisement.

PAYMENTS:
After acceptance of the booking, you must immediately transfer 30% of the travel sum, excluding deposit. The remaining amount must be credited to our bank account 30 days before arrival. Our cancellation policy is that prepaid amounts are non-refundable.

DEPOSIT
The deposit must be transferred before arrival. The deposit is not part of the down payment scheme.

LIABILITY
During the stay, the tenant is liable for the house, the interior and the exterior and everything that belongs to El Futuro. If you unexpectedly cause damage, report this to the landlords and reimburse the damage. Owners of El Futuro are not liable for loss, theft and/or personal injury caused to or by tenants of El Futuro.
