Welcome to our holiday home 'Villa Conchas'. The holiday home is located 6 km from the coast (a car is a must to get there) and place L'Ampolla, inland on a quiet 'campo' with 8 more surrounding houses. The street on which the holiday home is located is unpaved but easily accessible.
Together with the permanent surrounding residents, we have agreed to provide peace and quiet.
The holiday home is located on a spacious plot with oleanders, palm trees, olive trees and pine trees. It has a large (slightly lower) swimming pool with terrace and luxurious sunbeds.
To reach the front door of the holiday home, you first have to take a few stairs up to the patio (partly covered). On the patio is a large wooden dining table and a wooden bench.
When you enter the holiday home you immediately enter the living room/kitchen.
There is a modern kitchen with dishwasher, over, fridge-with freezer drawers, gas cooker with extractor fan and attached bar as dining table.
The living room has a closed fireplace, a TV (only for streaming via tablet) and air conditioning. On this ground floor is also a 2 person bedroom (with ceiling fan) and bathroom with sink, shower and toilet. Via the stairs to the 1st floor there is another bedroom with a 'queen bed' (1.5 bed).
In the basement area (with windows!) there is a studio (mini kitchen with table) and another 2 person bedroom with air conditioning and ensuite bathroom with sink, shower and toilet.
In the basement is also the basement room with washing machine.
The site is almost completely fenced and closed, with a long driveway and plenty of parking space.
There is also a small playground (use at your own risk), with swing.
There are also several terraces, including a fixed BBQ and a green egg.
There is a fixed clothesline behind the holiday home.
Furthermore, the holiday home is equipped with a gas tank (on lower ground) and a septic tank (please only deposit toilet paper in the toilet). Furthermore, the holiday home is connected to a shared water source, together with the surrounding houses. Especially in the summer months, we kindly ask you to use water sparingly.
