Apartment 3 is a compact and comfortable apartment with lots of privacy and is part of Villa Familia. This apartment is especially attractive for a couple, for 2 adults with 1 child, or for up to 3 guests who want to enjoy peace, comfort, the pool and the sea nearby.
Apartment 3 has a large private roof terrace with a table set and lounge set, where you have a lot of privacy and can sit outside, have breakfast, relax or enjoy a warm summer evening for a long time. From the roof terrace you also have sea and mountain views. Especially for guests who like to have their own quiet outdoor space, this is a big plus.
The living room is nice and cool in the summer, because there is little direct sunlight in the summer. In addition, the apartment can be darkened well with the shutters and there is air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom. Cool in summer and warm in winter.
The layout is practical and pleasant for a smaller travel group. The apartment features:

The apartment has a bathroom with separate shower and bath, a well-equipped kitchen with a pleasant (higher) working height and a large private roof terrace with extra lounge set.
Apartment 3 is also the only apartment at Villa Familia where pets are allowed for guests who would like to take their dog or other pet with them on holiday.
As a guest of apartment 3 you will stay on the grounds of Villa Familia and use the communal facilities, such as the large swimming pool, the shady garden with several seating areas, the outdoor kitchen, the outdoor shower and the toilet by the pool. There is also a common room with washing machine, cleaning utensils, a large fridge, sun loungers, balls and tennis rackets.
Villa Familia is located on the Costa Dorada, in the quiet and wooded Sant Jordi d'Alfama, near L'Ametlla de Mar and about 2 kilometers from the Mediterranean Sea. In the area you will find beautiful quiet bays with sandy beaches and clear water. You will stay here in a green environment, without mass tourism right around the corner, but close to cozy places such as L'Ametlla de Mar, L'Hospitalet de l'Infant and Miami Platja, where you can go for restaurants, terraces, shops and nightlife.
This is also a wonderful place for an active holiday. You can swim, snorkel, dive, walk along the coast, cycle, canoe, play golf or make beautiful trips. In the urbanization of Sant Jordi d'Alfama you will also find a tennis court, a basketball court and a large football field near Villa Familia. You can play jeu de boules on site.
For those who want to explore the area, Villa famila is also an excellent base. Within about half an hour you can reach Tarragona, with its impressive Roman past and the famous amphitheater by the sea. PortAventura World, with PortAventura Park, Ferrari Land and Caribe Aquatic Park, is also within driving distance. From the nearby stations of L'Hospitalet de l'Infant and L'Ametlla de Mar, you can also easily travel to Tarragona, Barcelona and Valencia.
This is a beautiful area for nature lovers. There are beautiful hiking trails close to Villa Familia, including parts of the GR 92 along the rocky coast. Also in the Ebro Valley, between the rice fields and dunes, and in the mountains in the area you can enjoy hiking, cycling and exploring nature.
Apartment 3 can only be rented separately outside the high season. In the high season, Villa Familia is only rented as a whole.
