Completely renovated in 2019, this apartment is located in the heart of Cambrils, 300 metres from the beach.
The location is excellent, out of the hustle and bustle but still in the center. A large Aldi is 100 metres away. Restaurants, bars and shops are all very close. Parking is available in front of the door, at a rate of 8 euros per day. At 100 meters there is a field where you can park for free.
The apartment is on the ground floor and has a private terrace of 80(!) m² with direct access to the garden and swimming pool. On the terrace you will find a lounge area, dining table with 6 chairs, parasols and 6 sun loungers.
The apartment has three double bedrooms, a living-dining room, 2 bathrooms with toilet, bath/shower, sink and hair dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, convection oven, microwave, a Nespresso machine, hand blender and everything else you need in the kitchen. In the living room you will find a smart TV, a table with 6 chairs and a sitting area.
You will have free Wi-Fi, washing machine, ironing facilities, and air conditioning. There are also board games and a high chair and baby cot available on request.
The price includes gas, electricity, water and Wi-Fi. Not included is the final cleaning fee of €120. You can bring your own bed linen and towels. If you prefer to rent them, that is also possible. The costs are € 15 per person per stay.
