Santa Rosalia Mar Y Sol is an apartment located in the Santa Rosalia Lake & Life Resort. This resort is home to the largest artificial lake in Europe with various beaches and sports facilities such as tennis and padel courts, mini golf and a gym.
Our apartment has a living room/kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, is fully equipped and fully equipped. We have made every effort to meet your needs and offer only the best through quality furniture, Smart TV with Chromecast, high-speed internet, a safe for laptop and other valuables, luxurious lounge set on the terrace, king-size bed, amenities for the little ones, etc.
The apartment is brand new and built in 2024. It is located on the 2nd floor of a 4-storey building, which in turn is part of a 6-building residence. The grounds of the El Mirador residence are secured with a fence all around and a remote control provides access to the private parking - 1 per apartment.
There is also a lovely swimming pool that is heated all year round. All amenities are available to spend a carefree holiday, whether you come to spend the winter as a retiree, want to escape the daily grind with a wonderful workation or just go on holiday with your family or are away for a week.
With a few minutes drive you can reach the beach of Los Alcázares. Sun, sea, beach and the lake are the ingredients, mixed with a nice range of beach bars, cafes, restaurants and a beautiful setting to stay in.
Just a 50 minute drive from Alicante airport and only 30 minutes from Murcia and Cartagena, you are in a beautiful part of Spain where mass tourism has not yet established itself.
