Would you like a luxury apartment with 2 bathrooms? Then we would like to welcome you in our apartment (up to 4 people), located in Lo Pagan (San Pedro del Pinatar).
The apartment is fully equipped and has 2 bathrooms. The electricity is included in the rental price (15 kWh per day).

Furthermore, of course, a luxury kitchen, swimming pool, air conditioning, internet, television in many languages, a terrace, linen and towels. And all that about 950 meters from the beach and the boulevard.

The apartment complex has its own swimming pool and the sea is close by. A beautiful beach with restaurants and shops on a 6 km long boulevard. There is plenty to do for the children, such as a continuous fair. Lo Pagan is world famous for its mud baths by the sea (free). The area offers you so much entertainment that you will run out of time. Cycling in the area, the sea with the beautiful beaches of the Costa Calida, walking, golfing at one of the golf resorts in the area, seeing flamingos in the wild, the cities of Torrevieja and Cartagena, the salt lakes, and so on.

In short, a wide range of activities, which will make your stay even more enjoyable. After booking you will receive information from us about, for example, renting a car cheaply and safely (highly recommended).

My name is Ton Eijkelkamp. A few years ago I discovered my love for the Spanish region of San Pedro del Pinatar. I would like to share this with you through the rental of this beautiful apartment.

After booking you will receive all information, including the details of the manager. The manager will be present on your arrival to hand over the keys and explain a number of important matters.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

For a correct booking, you must deposit 25% of the rent as a deposit within 10 days.

After receipt of the payment you will immediately receive a confirmation and your booking is final.

No later than 6 weeks before the start of the rental, you deposit 75% of the total rental price + 40 euros bed linen/towels + the 200 euros deposit. You will of course receive the deposit back after your holiday after deduction of the mandatory cleaning costs of 60 euros and any damage (such as a broken cup). You will also receive a confirmation including all information about location, reception by the manager and reliable car rental.

The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. Parties or other types of events are not allowed.

15 kWh of electricity per day. This should be sufficient under normal use.

A surcharge of EUR 25 applies for Check-in and Check-out between 22.00 and 7.00. This must be paid in cash on the spot.

For rentals of longer than one month (30 days) in the period from November 1 to April 1 (for example, overwintering) you will see an attractive adjusted rate. This rate includes 200 kWh for a period of 4 weeks.

A high chair or camping cot are available from the manager at attractive rates. This can be arranged on the spot.
