The beautiful clean beaches and the free medicinal mud baths are about a 20-minute drive away, as is the beautiful city of Murcia.

On arrival you will be personally welcomed by the key manager, she will show you around and give an explanation where necessary. The Penthouse has a view of the golf course and the mountains. We are happy to welcome you as new guests, who wish to enjoy a pleasant stay. It can accommodate 4 people. Free WiFi is available. Golf enthusiasts can indulge themselves here. At the resort you can also play sports such as tennis, paddle, basketball, outdoor fitness and above all you have the choice between 19 swimming pools where you can swim or sunbathe. The cozy village of Sucina is 5 minutes from the Resort. If you come via the airport of Murcia or Alicante, you will be at your holiday destination in 20 minutes or 75 minutes. You can soak up culture in Murcia or Cartagena.

Explanation of the prices.

The reservation is final if you have paid 25% of the total price (= rent and deposit) within 14 days.
You will receive the deposit back within 10 working days if everything is in order and possibly after deduction of additional energy consumption.
Remainder (=75% of the total price) to be paid 6 weeks before the start of your stay.
In the event of cancellation at least 6 weeks before the arrival date, the monies already paid will be fully refunded.

There is always a minimum of 1 day between guest stays. Surfaces that are frequently touched are cleaned with disinfectant (such as light switches, handles/doorknobs, taps, countertops).

Deposit € 200 per stay of a maximum of 4 weeks.
Surcharge deposit for a longer stay than 4 weeks is € 50 per week.

Price includes water, bed linen, towels, beach towels, internet, TV and consumption of € 5.00 per day for energy (electricity and gas). In the event of additional consumption, this will be deducted from the deposit at the current price per kWh

Pets only allowed after consultation.
Smoking and barbecue are not allowed.

You must take care of interim cleaning and interim washing of beds / linen.
on departure you must leave the apartment tidy (do not leave any food or garbage, put the dishes clean in the cupboards and only offer the last used beds and linen for the laundry). Any necessary additional work for final cleaning will be deducted from the deposit.
