Welcome to villa casa Senôr!

This luxury quad villa is located on the edge of the quiet and typical Spanish village of San Cayetano. At about 10 km. located off the largest inland sea in Europe; Mar Menor, and at about 15km. of the Mediterranean Sea. On both coastal regions you will find various villages and boulevards where you can spend hours and enjoy everything the Spanish coast has to offer. The spacious quad villa (bj 2009) is like new and suitable for families up to 6 people. It has 2 bathrooms, one with a bath and bidet, and one with a shower.

The villa has 3 bedrooms, 1 of which is located on the ground floor. All rooms also have new air conditioning, mosquito nets and fitted wardrobes.

From the master bedroom on the 1st floor you have access to the balcony through the sliding doors. Bed linen and towels are provided and of high quality.

The kitchen is equipped with all necessary equipment. Oven, coffee capsule machine, washing machine, fridge-freezer, electric hob and microwave. The house also has WIFI and TV (streaming via your own subscription).

Outside is a spacious patio with privacy where you can enjoy the balmy evenings for a long time.

The house is located in a gated community with its own private parking space and a communal swimming pool.

Damage and additional costs
You are responsible for any damage to or in the holiday home caused by you or your fellow travellers during your stay. Deposit is €200 to be paid in cash to the keyholder, and after check-out you will get it back in cash.
