Hola, we are Carlo & Mildred and discovered Puerto de Mazarron in 2019. We fell in love with the area, the inhabitants and the wonderfully relaxed Spanish life. We would like to share our enthusiasm.
There is no mass tourism in Puerto de Mazarron, especially outside the high season, and it still feels Spanish. However, there is plenty to see and experience. Large cities such as Murcia and Cartagena are about 30-45 minutes away.

Cancellation conditions :
If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example).

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge

cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price

cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price

cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the commencement date or during the rental period that he will not use the rented property (anymore), he will still owe the full rental price.
